How do you know? If your relationship isn’t feeling good, how do you know where to put your energy to support it?

Relationships are complicated. Each person brings their own history into present time interactions, sometimes for better and sometimes for worse. Even a newborn comes in with a history of experiences (without words). And sometimes the experiences we had early in our lives are unconsciously dictating what’s happening in our present relationships.

So what do we do? How do we work with what’s happening in present time if there are early life imprints impacting what’s happening?

We’re hosting a free conversation on Monday, April 1 at 1pm EDT: Is Your Relationship Healthy?  |What time is it for me?|

We’ll be exploring principles that help identify areas of relationships where something may be going well or conversely where something isn’t working. And it doesn’t matter how old the other person in the relationship with you is. It could be your partner, your baby, your child, your friend, your sister, your parent…

The information we’ll be sharing with you will help you understand what elements are present in healthy relationships and what may be missing so that you can shift what’s happening now.

This call is for people of all ages with or without children.

If you’re a parent, we’ll be talking about what this looks like at different developmental stages. This is also helpful no matter how old you are to understand your own body story.
