Embracing Calm: A 30-Day Journey for Midlife Women
Are you a woman in midlife who is feeling easily triggered, anxious, or stressed more often? Perimenopause ( the transitional years leading up to menopause) can change everything - including your mood and stress tolerance.
This 30-day beginner-friendly challenge is led by a Holistic Nutritionist, Sleep Consultant, and Family Therapist, to help find ways to reduce your stress daily. You’ll receive 1-3 easy prompts a day, covering nutrition, relaxation, and emotional wellness — all shared in a private Facebook community for support. Short, daily, low-pressure steps (like mindful breathing, short walks, journaling, better sleep prep) gently help the body to shift out of “fight or flight" and help support the nervous system.
