Showing Up Imperfectly As A Perfectionist

I’m a perfectionist. I really struggle with the idea of pretty good being good enough- in parenting, in work, even in hobbies. I’m working through some of that, and today I made some connections about how sometimes, showing up imperfectly is actually really important! And sometimes, just showing up is the most courageous act. (Today, my toddler decided to show up too, she’s working on molars and needed a snuggle!)
