All Relationships Can Heal Course and Membership Open until February 28, 2019

Do you have a relationship that isn’t working in your life? Do you need some support for actually working through the inevitable disconnections in life in healthy ways? (With your boyfriend, your girlfriend, your partner, your ex, your kids’ relationship with their other parent, your relationship with your kids, your step-kids, your mother-in-law, a friend… in short, the relationships of our lives!)

We’re going to be spending the next 6 months looking at how healing happens in both the big and smaller (but not less important!) disconnections in our relationships. When our inevitable disconnections are healed, it makes us and our relationships STRONGER. When they’re not healed, ultimately they hurt us and the ones we love. There are things you can learn to do that will support your relationships in every day life AND when the bigger disconnections happen.

Best of all, it’s pay-what-you-can, so it is accessible to all. That’s our goal. We want this to be available to everyone who needs it. And honestly, we all do.

We’re starting on Friday, February 15, with content and our member calls, so join us now if you can! But registration will remain open until February 28. Jump in when you find us. After February 28, registration will close for this course along with access to all content in membership and will not reopen again until August. You’ll have access to ALL the content in the Learning Center to deepen your understanding of healthy relationships and support you to make your relationships work.

Disconnections come in all sorts of shapes and sizes. With smaller disconnections (but no less painful!) when someone’s feelings are hurt or there was a misunderstanding or a disagreement, we need to learn how to come back into connection. These are essential skills for all humans. We need each other and when we’re disconnected, it hurts and we may even feel deep grief. Yes, even with the “smaller” disconnections and that’s even more true the smaller and younger we are. We need to learn to handle the ups and downs of life. We need to learn how to navigate the disconnections so we can move back into connection. If we don’t, we end up with the bigger disconnections.

With bigger disconnections, when a relationship isn’t really working and most interactions are painful or avoided, healing and repair are more complex. But healing is always possible. Healing can look like many different things and doesn’t necessarily mean that you’ll want to hang out together all the time (though sometimes it does). But when there is peace about the relationship and a settling in your body when you think about it, regardless of what the other person does or doesn’t do, healing has happened.

Healing starts with YOU. One of the most powerful lessons to learn is that you can’t control someone else. You can’t. But you can create the conditions that will support the best possible outcome, the conditions for healing to happen. Sometimes healing means boundaries. Sometimes healing means learning to create emotional safety. Sometimes it is about understanding your story and the other person’s story and having compassion for yourself and the other. You can learn the skills that will support you in having healthy relationships with the people you love most and you’ll learn them in the next 6 months when you join this course!

“Rebecca’s work has helped me shift negative patterns in relationship with my children at the most profound level – the level of ME.
By working through the content, and applying it to daily life, I have realised that my ability to connect with my children begins and ends with my ability to connect with myself.
I have the power to shift patterns that don’t feel good.
I have the power to use the relationship to help my children heal.
And I have the power to heal myself! This is a big one. Healing myself is an ongoing journey, one that used to feel terrifying, but now feels like a beautiful invitation.
An invitation to connect with myself, whilst connecting with others.
You see, I have realised that healing does not happen in isolation, but rather, healing happens in relationship. Healing happens in the loving presence of empathic listeners, who are willing to be there, and to offer unconditional support while I move closer to my own truths.
Healing happens in the presence of listeners who really hear me, see me, and feel me.
This is what Healing Story Circles have been about for me.
Connection.
Truth.
And healing.
I am eternally grateful for what I have learnt and experienced in this training. I have a long way to g
o, of course, but I can feel myself unfolding into the kind of mama (and person) that I wish to be.
Thank you, Rebecca!!”
